This article is an attempt to share the importance of physician’s attention and observation during case taking. Whenever we take case, patient always gives you one outstanding feature about his/her suffering and to catch that, your accurate observation with complete attention is a must. In this case, though we have taken his whole case, he gave characteristic causative modality of his eye complaints i.e complaints were started after exposure to welding flames and we got that outstanding feature which is of highest priority here. Mercurius Solubilis is of great help to Homoeopaths when the patient has complaints after exposure to glares of fire or welding flares.
To study the efficacy of Homoeopathic Medicines in treating a case of hydatid cyst in liver: A Case Report
The aim of this study was to observe efficacy of homoeopathic medicines in cases of hydatid cyst in liver. Hydatid cysts are fluid-filled sacs caused by the Echinococcus granulosus tapeworm, predominantly affecting the liver. Conventional treatment typically involves surgical intervention and antiparasitic medications; however, challenges such as recurrence and patient tolerance necessitate exploration of alternative therapies. Homeopathy offers a personalized approach that may address the psychosomatic aspects of disease, enhance patient comfort, and promote overall well-being. A case of hydatid cyst in liver was reported in our clinic. Patient complained about giddiness and fear in the beginning. After CT scan he was diagnosed with Hydatid cyst in liver. He complained about pain in right hypogastrium region with aggravation from bending double and pressure. Patient is under homoeopathic treatment and is showing improvement.
Exploring Homeopathic therapeutics for Intermittent Fever in the MonsoonSeason a: A Comprehensive Discussion

Homeopathy offers a viable approach for managing these fevers with minimal delay and without side effects. This research explores various homeopathic remedies that have proven effective in treating intermittent fever over the years. Successful management of this condition requires a thorough understanding of the disease, homeopathic medicines, and the principles of organon. Additionally, a comprehension of miasms, Similimum that follows after totality of symptoms, and posology is crucial for providing swift and safe recovery. This study aims to highlight the efficacy of homeopathic treatment and the essential knowledge required for their successful application as per our clinical experience of the current monsoon of 2024.
Liver diseases diagnosed as Liver cirrhosis with Homoeopathic Treatment: A Case Report
Liver diseases, including non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and cirrhosis, are prevalent globally and can arise from various etiologies such as obesity, excessive alcohol consumption, hepatitis infections, autoimmune disorders, cholestatic conditions, and metabolic overloads of iron or copper. Liver cirrhosis, characterized by the formation of regenerative nodules surrounded by fibrous bands and progressive hepatic dysfunction, often leads to severe complications such as variceal bleeding, portal hypertension, and coagulopathy. Traditional management typically involves addressing these complications through conventional medical approaches. This case report presents the management of a patient with liver cirrhosis and its complications using a homeopathic treatment approach. By focusing on the totality of symptoms rather than isolated manifestations, homeopathic treatment aims to address the underlying imbalance and promote overall health. The report highlights the therapeutic process, patient response, and outcomes, providing insights into the potential role of homeopathy in managing complex liver cirrhosis cases.
The Management of salt and electrolytes in Geriatrics with Homoeopathic Similimum and ORS supplement.
Geriatric patients are predisposed to salt and electrolyte imbalance due to various systemic and daily management causes. This may lead to dry mouth, restlessness, fatigue, muscle spasms, palpitations etc. Homoeopathic medicines has been treating well these conditions. Total 10 patient of geriatric age group suffering from salt and electrolyte imbalance in outpatient department were selected for study. These patients in out-patient department, were prescribed Homoeopathic similimum along with ORS as a supplement. It was observed that when these patients are given Homoeopathic Similimum along with ORS supplementation, the recovery was quick and comprehensible. The integration of homeopathic remedies with ORS provides a promising method for the quick, safe, and effective recovery from salt and electrolyte imbalances in geriatric patients.
A Comprehensive Literature Review on Myopia with Homoeopathic perspectives
Myopia, or short-sightedness, is a common refractive error in which distant objects appear blurred due to the focal point of light being in front of the retina. With the increasing global prevalence of myopia, particularly among children and adolescents, there is an urgent need to explore and understand its etiological mechanisms, risk factors, and alternative approaches to its management. This literature review delves into the risk factors and theories behind the progression of myopia, the clinical classification of various forms of myopia, and the holistic homeopathic approach to its treatment. It discusses the role of therapeutically indicated remedies and repertorial rubrics with a focus on muscular asthenopia, ciliary muscle dysfunction, and accommodative strain.
