The Capacity Building and Continuing Medical Education (CME) Module 1 for Organon of Medicine and Homoeopathic Philosophy was conducted from 21 August to 26 August 2023 at Zobie Motiwala Auditorium under the auspices of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Department of AYUSH, Government of India. The program brought together Organon faculty members from across India with a total participation of 28 delegates. The six day academic event aimed to strengthen the teaching skills, philosophical understanding, and clinical application of homoeopathic principles among educators. The inauguration was marked by the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by distinguished dignitaries including MUHS Pro Vice Chancellor Dr. Milind Nikumbh and senior faculty members. The CME module included a series of structured academic sessions, value empowerment programs, hands on training activities, pretest and posttest evaluations, and interactive discussions. The topics covered included the history of medicine, life and contributions of Dr. Samuel Hahnemann and other stalwarts of homoeopathy, the relationship between homoeopathic philosophy and various medical subjects, evolution of the Organon of Medicine, and the application of logic and philosophy in homoeopathy. Experts from different institutions delivered lectures and guided activities to enhance pedagogical competence and academic integration among homoeopathic disciplines. In addition to academic enrichment, recreational and cultural activities were organized to encourage interaction among delegates. The CME concluded with a valedictory session where participants shared their experiences and certificates were distributed. The program successfully enhanced knowledge, teaching methodologies, and collaborative learning among homoeopathic faculty members.
