The Invocation Ceremony for the Batch 2023–24 was conducted on 2 December 2023 at Zobie Motiwala Auditorium to formally welcome the newly admitted I BHMS students into the homoeopathic medical profession. The program aimed to introduce students to the values, responsibilities, and ethical foundations of homoeopathic practice. The ceremony commenced with an introductory address followed by a prayer dance and the traditional lighting of the ceremonial lamp along with garlanding the photograph of Dr. Samuel Hahnemann. Distinguished guests and alumni shared their experiences and motivated the students to pursue homoeopathy with dedication and commitment. The event included feedback presentations, speeches by guests and faculty members, and the formal invocation ceremony in which students were called individually and received candles from teachers as a symbolic gesture of the transfer of knowledge. The oath of invocation was administered, emphasizing professional ethics and responsibility. The program concluded with a vote of thanks and the national anthem. A total of 86 I BHMS students and around 150 parents attended the ceremony. The event served as an inspiring beginning for the new batch, encouraging them to uphold the principles of homoeopathy and commit themselves to the service of humanity.
