Gastro- oesophageal reflux (GOR) is defined as backward flow of gastric contents into the oesophagus. A small amount of GOR occurs in normal individuals; the term GORD (gastro- oesophageal reflux disease) includes all the symptoms and forms of tissue damage secondary to the reflux of gastric contents into the oesophagus. Homoeopathic medicines are known for curative effect, by prevention of further complication by treating with homoeopathic medicines and doing necessary interventions Method- we carried out randomized control trial for the cases of Gastro Oesophageal Reflux disease for 30 cases. Natrum phos. along with homoeopathic medicine in experimental group and homoeopathic medicine control group. Conclusion- In qualitative study Natrum phos. is having good potential in cases of GORD but quantitative aspect of our study reflects Homoeopathic Medicine alone has good scope.

‘Drug Proving' is a method, unique to Homoeopathy where the pathogenesis of a drug is evolved through its trials on apparently Healthy Human Provers. Drug proving is the process of acquiring knowledge of instruments intended for the cure of natural disease (Aphorism - 105)5 Objective: To find out the pathogenetic effects of an Araucaria Columnaris on healthy human beings. Methodology: Randomised double blind placebo controlled study. It is recommended to have at least 50 provers who can complete the total duration. The provers divided into 2 group one medicinal group (Araucaria Columnaris) which consist 25 provers and another placebo group with 25 provers. Record were maintained of both group, then the analysis was done and characteristic symptoms of Araucaria Columnaris were identified. Result:Since only one prover from medicinal group experienced symptom out of 25 provers. Therefore, we rejected alternate hypothesis. Conclusion: As only 2 provers showed few symptoms, from which one prover was from placebo group and another one was from medicinal group which experienced few symptoms which were not so prominent to be considered as pathogenic symptoms of Araucaria columnaris 3X. So we concluded that Araucaria columnaris 3X does not give pathogenic symptoms on healthy human being of both sexes.

Out of 30 patients, efficacy of plantago major Ø is seen in 24 patients (80%) and frequency & dependency remains same in 6 patients (20%). Conclusion: According to statistics of nicotine addiction calculated before and after intervention of plantago major Ø for dependency gives the t value of 7. Hence, we concluded that Plantago Major Mother Tincture is effective in management of Tobacco de-addiction.

Dental caries is a prevalent chronic condition globally, impacting individuals of all ages, with children being particularly susceptible. It arises from bacterial fermentation of dietary sugars, leading to acid production that gradually erodes tooth enamel, dentin, and cementum, eventually causing cavities and tooth decay. The prevalence of dental caries varies across countries due to differences in oral healthcare programs, lifestyles, and socioeconomic status. Dental caries not only affects oral health but also poses significant challenges to overall well-being, including difficulties in eating, sleeping, and school attendance.
