‘Drug Proving' is a method, unique to Homoeopathy where the pathogenesis of a drug is evolved through its trials on apparently Healthy Human Provers. Drug proving is the process of acquiring knowledge of instruments intended for the cure of natural disease (Aphorism - 105)5 Objective: To find out the pathogenetic effects of an Araucaria Columnaris on healthy human beings. Methodology: Randomised double blind placebo controlled study. It is recommended to have at least 50 provers who can complete the total duration. The provers divided into 2 group one medicinal group (Araucaria Columnaris) which consist 25 provers and another placebo group with 25 provers. Record were maintained of both group, then the analysis was done and characteristic symptoms of Araucaria Columnaris were identified. Result:Since only one prover from medicinal group experienced symptom out of 25 provers. Therefore, we rejected alternate hypothesis. Conclusion: As only 2 provers showed few symptoms, from which one prover was from placebo group and another one was from medicinal group which experienced few symptoms which were not so prominent to be considered as pathogenic symptoms of Araucaria columnaris 3X. So we concluded that Araucaria columnaris 3X does not give pathogenic symptoms on healthy human being of both sexes.

Recurrent aphthous ulcer (RAU) is one of the most common painful oral mucosal conditions affecting a significant proportion of the population. The prevalence of aphthous ulcers is reported to be high worldwide, with studies indicating a prevalence of about 25% globally and approximately 50.3% in India. The condition is characterized by recurrent, painful ulcerations of the oral mucosa which may affect eating, speaking, and overall quality of life. Several predisposing factors such as stress, spicy food intake, gastric disturbances, lack of sleep, mechanical injury, and inadequate water intake have been associated with the occurrence of recurrent aphthous ulcers. The present study was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of the homoeopathic medicine Borax Veneta 30C in the management of recurrent aphthous ulcers in patients aged between 10 and 30 years of both sexes. This study was designed as a non-randomized, without control trial using a before and after study method. A total of 45 patients suffering from recurrent aphthous ulcers were selected from the outpatient department of MHMC based on predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The study duration was six months and the effectiveness of the remedy was assessed using subjective and objective parameters such as intensity of pain measured through the Visual Analogue Scale, number of ulcers, recurrence of ulcers, and inflammatory signs. After administration of Borax Veneta 30C and follow-up observations, the results showed improvement in 32 patients (71.11%), whereas 13 patients (28.89%) showed no significant improvement. The analysis also indicated that stress was the most common predisposing factor for recurrent aphthous ulcers among the studied cases. The findings suggest that Borax Veneta 30C may be effective in reducing the intensity and recurrence of aphthous ulcers in a considerable number of patients. However, further controlled clinical studies with larger sample sizes are recommended to establish the therapeutic effectiveness of this remedy more conclusively.

The selection of study subjects follows specific eligibility criteria, including an age group of 18 to 40 years, and obtaining written consent. Exclusion criteria encompass pregnant and lactating females , known cases of systemic diseases. Perspiration score measured by visual scale a sample size of 30 patient. Visual scale is employed for measurement and Data management involves the format of case record format. 30 sample size divide into control and experimental group. Experimental group received the Jaborandi mother tincture and Control group received the individualised Homoeoathic medicine. Statistical analysis is planned using unpaired t test and Microsoft excelPositive and negative assessments are made based on score improvements or lack thereof. Graphical presentation and statistical evaluation will contribute to the conclusion drawn from this comprehensive research .Results: According to statistical analysis the Calculated value of t is 3.125 and Table t value is 2.15. Hence calculated t value is greater than table t value. 73% patient showed improvement out of 15 Patient who received jaborandi mother tincture , and 100% patient improved who received individualised Homoeoathic medicines. Conclusion: Since calculated t value is greater than table t value null hypothesis is rejected thus jaborandi mother tincture is as effective as individualised homoeopathic medicine in treatment of hyperhidrosis in the age group of 18 to 40 years.

Result: Total 46 patients were assessed we found 40 (88.8%) cases were improved and 5 (11.11%) cases were not improved. As per consideration of people with memory complaints we have concluded that homeopathic indicated medicines are effective in treatment of memory complaints. Significant difference (t-0.05=2.02, <t=5.49) using paired t-test.Was observed at the end of study. Natrum muriaticum, Phosphorus, Lycopodium clavatum, Sulphur, Calcarea carbonicum were found to be the most useful medicine in treating memory complaints.
