Background: Home sickness is the distress or impairment caused by an actual or anticipated separation from home. Symptoms of both depression and anxiety are frequently reported by sufferers, along with withdrawn behavior and trouble focusing on things unrelated to their homes. In its mildest form, homesickness drives positive attachment behaviours, such as reestablishing contact with loved ones, and encourages the development of coping mechanisms (1). Homesickness may place individuals at risk for poor adjustment outcomes, such as emotional and social difficulties (1) In the present study we take approach to examine weekly levels of homesickness and to study the effectiveness of homoeopathic management against counseling alone in cases of homesickness. The present study also addresses two main questions. First do homeopathic medicines reduces symptoms across 24 weeks? Also, how counseling reduces symptoms of Homesickness over 24 weeks. The current study extends previous work in several ways. We will examine individual homesickness using assessment (Questionnaire for homesickness) The present study advances the past work on homesickness by using a comparative method of study to find out the effects of homoeopathic management in contrast to counseling alone. Objectives:1) Primary objective-To access the comparison of homoeopathic management versus counseling with placebo in Homesickness. 2) Secondary objective– To evaluate the reduction of symptoms using John archer questionnaire scale of homesickness

Hyperuricemia is a metabolic disorder in which serum uric acid level elevate above 7.0 mg/dl in men and 5.7 mg/dl in female. Hyperuricemia is results from increased uric acid production, decreased excretion, or a combination of both processes. This study was carried out with the objective to see the comparison between the effect of individualized Homeopathic medicine and colchicum autuamnale 30 in reducing the serum uric acid level .Materials and methods: - 46 patients with raised serum uric acid were selected on the basis on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Serum uric acid level was estimated before the study and at the end of 6th follow up. Result:-. According to Unpaired ‘t’ Test Null Hypothesis is accepted as calculated ‘t’ value 0.753621753 is smaller than table value 2.02 at 0.05 l.o.s. Unpaired ‘t’ test reflects that there is no difference in effectiveness of Colchicum autumnale 30 and Individualized Homoeopathic Medicine in cases of Hyperuricemia. Pair t test was applied for Group A whose calculated value is 13.0161995 l.o.s (table t value 2.07). This represents colchicum is effective in reducing Hyperuricemia. The most frequently prescribed Homoeopathic medicines were Natrum mur(5), Rhus tox(3), Bryonia alba(3) , Arsenic album(2) & Lycopodium(2). Maximum cases of Hyperuricemia were observed in females (57%) than males (43%).Conclusion:- Colchicum autumnale 30 and Individualized Homeopathic medicines are effective in reducing serum uric acid level along with associated symptoms.

(paired and unpaired).Result: The results show that there is difference in effectiveness of Cocculus Indicus & Homeopathic Indicated Medicine in cases of Motion Sickness so, our alternative hypothesis was accepted. We rejected the null hypothesis at 5% I.O.S.since calculated value of t(4.56) is greater than table value of t(2.07).Conclusion: The study found that homoeopathic indicated medicine shown more improvement in the cases of motion sickness than the cocculus indicus based on the MSAQ(Motion Sickness Assessment Questionnaire).

Materials and methods: Fourty five cases were selected based on inclusion criteria. The improvement in Quality of life, using Dermatological life quality index (DLQI) scale was studied before and after the treatment. Result:Significant improvement in DLQI was observed and verified using paired t test. Conclusion: The study has explored the potential of using Morgan pure, that can be used as an intercurrent in cases of Tinea corporis infection, which not only improved skin complaints but also the quality of life of the patients.

Pica, a behavioural disorder marked by the persistent consumption of non-edible and non nutritive substances such as soil, raw rice, raw potatoes, pencil chalk, paper, and soap, often affects children. This case series includes 30 children, aged 2 to 15 years, diagnosed with pica using DSM-5 criteria and evaluated with the PARDI scale. Individualized homoeopathic medicine were prescribed based on the physical, emotional, and mental profiles of each patient. Calcarea Carbonica, Tarentula Hispanica, and Silicea were commonly used. Symptom improvement was observed over six months through regular follow-ups, and paired t-tests confirmed clinical effectiveness. This research advocates for further studies into the role of homoeopathy in managing pica.

Background: Neck pain ranks among the leading causes of disability globally, particularly affecting young adults. Neck pain ranks 4th in disability causes, affecting 6-20% of the workforce with a 50% lifetime prevalence. Annual rates vary from 15% to 50%, peaking in middle-aged females. GBD Study data shows a 21% increase in pain lasting over 3 months from 2006 to 2016. Despite its significant burden, research efforts remain limited, with only 0.12 trials per million disability-adjusted life years and a total of 30 million globally. Its nonspecific form, often multifactorial in origin, diminishes quality of life, productivity, and socioeconomic status. Effective management strategies, including drugs, surgery, and conservative therapies, remain pivotal, yet the optimal approach is uncertain. Yoga, a burgeoning complementary therapy, shows promise in alleviating musculoskeletal pain, though its specific impact on chronic non-specific neck pain remains underexplored. Homeopathy, known for its individualized approach, offers potential relief for neck pain, yet its efficacy in chronic non-specific cases warrants investigation. A comparative study is thus imperative to discern optimal treatment modalities.

The mean percentage improvement was 47.15%, with a large effect size (Cohen's dz = 2.5934). The findings suggest that Bacopa Monnieri mother tincture is effective and a viable therapeutic option for improving memory complaints.
